Digital Products

All digital products (including meditations, courses, guides, and downloads) are non-refundable.

Once purchased, you will receive immediate access to your product via email or account login.

Physical Products (If applicable)

If and when physical products (crystals, incense, books, etc.) are sold:

Shipping:

  • We currently ship within the UK and Worldwide.

  • Delivery times may vary but typically range from 3-7 working days.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds will be issued once the product is received and inspected.

Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds & Cancellations
